  • 1 bottle plain Russian dressing
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    Skin, wash and dry chicken so jam will stick.

    Arrange in flat casserole dish, coat with jam, then with dressing.

    Sprinkle onion soup mix over all.

    Bake covered for 1 hour at 350°.

    Uncover and bake another 1/2 hour.

    Baste often when uncovered.
