- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. cooked rice with parsley
Directions

1In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes, or until browned.

2Remove from skillet; pour off fat.

3In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper.

4Heat to boiling.

5Return chicken to skillet.

6Cover; cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until chicken is done.

7Stir often.

8Serve with rice.
