- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Directions

1In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown and remove.

2In an additional 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook onion until tender.

3Stir often.

4Add soup, milk, mustard and parsley.

5Heat to boiling.

6Return chicken to skillet.

7Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
