  • 2 chicken breasts or 4 thighs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan

Directions

    Stir together the butter, wine and mustard.

    Coat both sides of chicken.

    Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan; dredge chicken pieces in it.

    Place in baking pan, sprayed with vegetable coating.

    Bake at 450° for 10 to 20 minutes until meat tests done and crumb crust is golden brown.
