- 2 chicken breasts or 4 thighs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan
Directions

1Stir together the butter, wine and mustard.

2Coat both sides of chicken.

3Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan; dredge chicken pieces in it.

4Place in baking pan, sprayed with vegetable coating.

5Bake at 450° for 10 to 20 minutes until meat tests done and crumb crust is golden brown.
