  • 1/3 c. sesame paste (tahini)
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (20 oz.) can garbanzo beans chickpeas, drained
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 white onion
