- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request condensed cream of celery soup
- 4 c. hot cooked rice with parsley
- 2/3 c. water
Directions

1In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.

2Remove; pour off fat.

3In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper; heat to boiling.

4Return chicken to skillet.

5Cover; cook, over low heat, 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often.

6Serve with rice.
