- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 cup whipping cream

1Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

2Saute chicken breasts in butter until done.

3Remove chicken.

4Add wine. Turn to high. Reduce to half.

5Add mustard. Mix well.

6Stir in cream. Turn to high. Reduce to half.

7Sauce should coat back of spoon.

8Spoon over chicken pieces. Serve
