  • 1 chicken, cooked
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 large frozen bag broccoli and cauliflower (can use any combination of vegetables)
  • 2 cans celery soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Layer chicken cut in bite size and partially cooked vegetables in long greased dish.

    Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and rice and put on top of chicken mixture.

    Add buttered crumbs on top and bake at 350° until brown and heated through.
