- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 large frozen bag broccoli and cauliflower (can use any combination of vegetables)
- 2 cans celery soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Layer chicken cut in bite size and partially cooked vegetables in long greased dish.

2Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and rice and put on top of chicken mixture.

3Add buttered crumbs on top and bake at 350° until brown and heated through.
