  • 6 to 8 chicken cutlets, cooked
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. broccoli, cooked
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 Tbsp. Bristol cream sherry
  • 8 slices Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onion rings

Directions

    Place cooked chicken in a long Pyrex dish.

    Place cooked broccoli on top.

    Mix next 3 ingredients.

    Pour over chicken and broccoli.

    Arrange cheese slices on top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Place can of onion rings on top of casserole.

    Return to oven for 5 minutes.
