  • 1 pan cornbread, cooked
  • 6 slices toasted loaf bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 c. boiled chicken, deboned
  • pinch of sage
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Pour broth on bread and onion and celery in 1/2 stick of butter.

    Put with broth and bread.

    Put 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 stick of butter and 1 cup water for sauce.

    Stir until comes to a boil.

    Add 1 can cream of chicken soup.

    Take meat off chicken and place over dressing and pour sauce over. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
