Ingredients

  • 1 hen (use chicken and juice in dressing)
  • 1 large pkg. herb stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1 large pkg. cornbread stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 stick butter, cut in small pieces on top of dressing
  • 3 or more bouillon cubes, melted in warm water
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Mix ingredients until real soupy and cook 1 hour at 350°. Makes a delicious dressing that really does not need giblet gravy.
