  • 3 lb. cooked chicken
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 6 c. chicken broth
  • 8 c. bread crumbs (6 c. cornbread; 2 c. light bread)
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix chicken broth, bread crumbs, cream of chicken soup and margarine.

    Mix well.

    Add eggs, onions and celery.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour into a greased baking pan or glass baking dish.

    Cut chicken up and place on top of dressing before baking. Bake at 350° until light brown.
