  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 chicken, cooked
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 large onion, chopped

Directions

    Cook chicken; keep 3 cups of broth.

    In large bowl, mix 3 cups of broth, 2 eggs and package of stuffing.

    In a separate bowl, mix milk, onion, mayonnaise, 2 eggs and diced chicken.

    Preheat oven to 250° to 300°.

    Spread stuffing mixture in 9 x 12-inch dressing pan.

    Pour chicken mixture over top.

    Spread cream of mushroom soup over chicken mixture.

    Cook 15 minutes.

    Then stir mixture all together.

    Cook 30 to 40 minutes more, or until golden brown.
