- 1 1/2 lb. chicken drumettes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 (1 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- hot biscuits
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper.

2Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3Add chicken and cook until done.

4Turn occasionally.

5Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.

6Keep warm.

7Pour off drippings.

8Reserve 1/4 cup in skillet.

9Combine onion soup mix and water.

10Stir into drippings. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.

11Combine sour cream and chicken soup.

12Add to drippings mixture.

13Simmer 10 minutes.

14Stir often. Serve over split biscuits.
