- 1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken, pork or shrimp
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- few chopped mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg
- large wonton skins
Directions

1Parboil sprouts.

2Combine chicken, onion, celery, sprouts and mushrooms in skillet and saute.

3Add soy sauce and egg and mix together.

4Fill skins and seal skins with egg yolk.

5Fold skins into squares.

6Fry.

7Serve with sweet and sour sauce, heated.
