  • 3 c. cooked chicken (white meat), cut in small pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 small can milk
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas, cut in 8ths

Directions

    Saute onions and green chilies in oil.

    Add everything else but cheese and tortillas.

    Make layers of tortillas, chicken and cheese.

    Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
