- 1 refrigerated pie crust, dough
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce) canlight chicken breasts
- 1 12 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 12 teaspoon nu salt salt substitute
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Place the Pie crust in a glass pie pan.

3In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well blended then beat in half and half.

4Stir in Chicken, chips, Cheeses, salsa, green chiliesand salt.

5Pour into pie crust filled plate.

6Bake 65 minutes or until Crust is a light golden brown and a knife inserted into pie comes out clean.

7lET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE cutting.

8Garnish with Sour cream, and /or Guacamole.
