  • 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
  • green onions, sliced
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 or 2 canned jalapeno peppers, rinsed, chopped or 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, drained and diced
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • tomato, chopped
  • black olives, chopped
