Chicken Enchiladas

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 pkg. flour tortillas, cut into strips
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheese

Directions

    Layer 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish with tortillas.

    Place some of the chicken on top of tortillas.

    Mix salsa and soups together with half a can of water.
  4. 4
    Pour soup mixture over chicken, then repeat with layers of tortillas, chicken and soup mixture.

    Final layer will be tortillas.

    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and bake covered for about 45 minutes at 350°.

    Makes a nice dish for potlucks.
