  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. unprepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 c. diced or shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 small jar black olives, sliced
  • green onions, diced

Directions

    Combine sour cream and half the dressing mix. Mix 1/2 of the dressing mix with the chicken and 1 cup of cheese, black olives and green onions to the mixture. Spoon onto tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Pour remaining half of the Ranch dressing over enchiladas. Top with salsa.
