Chicken Enchiladas

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 medium onion, cut
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can drained green chilies
  • 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
  • 1 pkg. 10 flour tortillas

Directions

    Boil and debone chicken; set aside and either sprinkle with chili powder or a little bit of enchilada sauce mix.

    Combine soup, sour cream, green chilies, onion and chicken.

    Soften each tortilla in an oil brushed skillet as you fill with chicken mixture.

    Roll and put in an oblong dish for baking.
