  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • enchilada shells

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients and heat.

    Lay shells in baking dish. Fill with chicken mixture (reserving a little to pour on top) and fold shells once. Pour the reserved chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
