- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- enchilada shells
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients and heat.

2Lay shells in baking dish. Fill with chicken mixture (reserving a little to pour on top) and fold shells once. Pour the reserved chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
