  • 2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can Ortega chilies
  • 1 lb. cheese (Jack/Cheddar)
  • 15 corn tortillas

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. Dip tortillas in hot oil until soft.

    Fill with chicken mixture. Roll and top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
