- 3 c. cooked cubed chicken
- 1 pkg. broken corn tortilla chips
- 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 1 clove minced garlic
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Lightly grease casserole dish and layer chicken, tortilla chips and 1 cup of the grated cheese; set aside. Combine soup, tomatoes, broth, celery, garlic and onion in a saucepan.

3Bring to a boil.

4Pour over chicken mixture.

5Bake for 35 minutes.

6Remove from oven; sprinkle leftover cup of cheese over top.

7Bake until cheese melts (5 to 8 minutes).
