  • 3 cooked chicken breasts, cut up
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 can or 2 oz. diced chiles
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion
  • 12 tortillas
  • grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)

Directions

    Mix everything together and roll into tortillas.

    Cover with remaining mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    (Toothpicks can hold enchilada together while cooking.) Yields 12 servings.
