  • 16 oz. boiled boned chicken, cut up
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 tsp. margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. mild Mexican Cheez Whiz
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can chopped green chili peppers
  • 8 (6-inch) tortillas, torn in pieces
  • 2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender.

    Reduce heat to simmer and add soup and Cheez Whiz.

    Stir until cheese is melted.

    Remove from heat.

    Add sour cream and chili peppers.
