Chicken Enchiladas

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 chicken, boiled, boned and chopped or 5 or 6 chicken breasts, boiled, boned and chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix soup, chilies, 2 cups of cheese and sour cream.

    Divide in half.

    Mix chicken in half of sauce.

    Place a large spoonful and roll in tortilla; place in a greased casserole dish.

    Pour other half of sauce on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
