- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- flour tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. milk
- shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses
Directions

1Saute onion and margarine.

2Combine cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk, salt, cumin and chopped, cooked chicken.

3Add onions to chicken mixture.

4Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture into flour tortillas near edge; roll up.

5Place filled tortilla, seam side down in greased baking dish.

6Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and and 1 cup milk, then pour evenly over all tortillas. Cover with foil.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

8Remove foil. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses.

9Bake 5 minutes more to melt cheeses.
