  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, poached and shredded
  • 1/2 cup canned diced green chilies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • salsa and sour cream

Directions

    Melt butter in heavy large skillet over low heat. Add onion and saute until limp but not brown, about 10 min. Remove from heat. Combine shredded chicken, chilies, cream cheese and sauteed onions. Divide evenly between tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place in greased baking dish. Pour whipping cream over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
