- 2 can Chicken breast (drained)
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 20 oz Enchilada Sauce
- 8 oz Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 packages Flour tortillas (aprox. 12)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F

2Break apart canned chicken with fork

3Combine chicken, 1 can of enchilada sauce, 4 oz.

4cheese and onion

5Fill tortilla shells with mixture, roll up and place seam side down in a greased glass baking dish

6Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top of filled tortillas, sprinkle with remaining cheese.

7Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

8Serve with shredded lettuce and sour cream
