Chicken Enchiladas

  • 2 can Chicken breast (drained)
  • 1 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 20 oz Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 oz Shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 packages Flour tortillas (aprox. 12)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F

    Break apart canned chicken with fork

    Combine chicken, 1 can of enchilada sauce, 4 oz.

    cheese and onion

    Fill tortilla shells with mixture, roll up and place seam side down in a greased glass baking dish

    Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top of filled tortillas, sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

    Serve with shredded lettuce and sour cream
