Chicken Filled Shells

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells, cooked and drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 small jar pimentos

Directions

    Mix together the 4 ingredients. Stuff shells. Arrange in a single layer in baking dish. Stir water into soup and pour over shells. Cover with foil paper and bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Add pimentos for color.
