- 14 cup egg substitute or 1 -2 egg, beaten
- 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons mrs dash garlic and herb seasoning
- oil
Directions

1Put egg substitute OR eggs in a bowl.

2In a seperate bowl combine breadcrums & Mrs Dash.

3Dip chicken in egg & roll in breadcrumb mixture.

4Saute in oil over medium-high heat for 3 mins per side or until golden brown & cooked through.
