Ingredients

  • 12 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half, cut into strips
  • 14 cup egg substitute or 1 -2 egg, beaten
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mrs dash garlic and herb seasoning
  • oil

Directions

    Put egg substitute OR eggs in a bowl.

    In a seperate bowl combine breadcrums & Mrs Dash.

    Dip chicken in egg & roll in breadcrumb mixture.

    Saute in oil over medium-high heat for 3 mins per side or until golden brown & cooked through.
