- 2 c. cooked shredded chicken
- 2/3 c. picante sauce
- 1/4 c. green onion slices
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
- vegetable oil
- 32 corn tortillas
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- guacamole
Directions

1Combine chicken, picante sauce, onion and cumin; mix well. Heat 1/2-inch oil in skillet until hot.

2Quickly fry each tortilla in oil to soften, about 2 seconds on each side.

3Drain on paper towels.

4Spoon 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese down center of each tortilla.

5Roll tightly; secure with wooden pick.

6Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

7Bake at 400° for 10 to 20 minutes or until crisp.

8Serve warm with guacamole. Makes 32 appetizers.
