- 1 bag Success rice, cooked
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. thawed frozen whipped topping
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Place in saucepan.

3Add milk and sugar; stir. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.

4Reduce heat to medium. Simmer until thick and creamy, about 15 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Pour into medium bowl.

7Stir in vanilla; cool.

8Fold in topping and fruit just before serving.
