- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 c. cooked sm. carrots
Directions

1In large skillet, heat butter.

2Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

3Add in chicken broth and lowfat milk.

4Cook stirring till thickened.

5Add in cooked chicken, onion, peas and carrots.

6Simmer till bubbly.

7Serve over rice or possibly toast.
