- 1 lb. sirloin tip steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- dash of paprika
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Cut steak into serving pieces.

2Roll in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika; pound with edge of heavy saucer.

3Brown in hot oil.

4Add water, cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot with meat drippings spooned over or make gravy.

5Gravy can be made by adding milk or water to drippings, 2 cups liquid and 3 tablespoons flour.
