  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. cube steak

    Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.

    Set aside.

    Dip steak in milk, then flour mixture, pressing to coat each side thoroughly. Pan-fry in oil 5 minutes per side.
