- 4 thin cut round steaks
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs wisked
Directions

1Use a meat tenderizer on the steaks, both sides.

2If you don't have one, use a fork.

3Stick throughout steaks for about 5 min.

4Heat oil on med heat in a skillet

5Mix flour, salt and pepper on a plate or wide bowl

6Dredge steaks through egg and lay in flour mix.

7Flip to coat both sides.

8Place in oil and fry for 3-4 min per side.

9Fry until crispy and golden brown.

10Place on a paper towel covered plate to absorb oil.

11Serve immediately with your choice of sides and white pepper gravy.
