  • 1/2 kg boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • 1 piece chicken stock cubes (bouillon cubes)
  • 1 salt
  • 1 ground black pepper

Directions

    Add salt and pepper to your chicken breasts and let it marinate overnight in the fridge.

    Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat then add the chicken and cook until it's done.

    Stab a fork in a piece of chicken to check if it is well done.

    Now add the cooking cream and the stock cubes and stir for about 15 minutes.

    The cream should thicken and darken in color.

    Served with white rice, green salad, and fries.
