Chicken Ham Casserole

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
  • 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 c. cubed, fully cooked ham
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Colby cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook rice mix according to package directions.

    Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with chicken and ham. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, Colby cheese and pepper; pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the Parmesan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
