  • 4 -6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper (to season)
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup sherry wine
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

    Roll seasoned chicken pieces in flour.

    Brown in olive oil.

    Remove browned chicken; add garlic clove, wine, sherry, and broth to pan.

    Simmer for a few minutes; remove garlic clove.

    Place chicken in a casserole dish; pour sauce over it and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
