- 2 chicken breasts, split
- 2 chicken legs, split
- 3/4 c. sherry wine
Directions

1Skin chicken.

2Mix flour with Bells seasoning until flour is tinted.

3Dip chicken in tinted flour and quick fry just enough to seal.

4Butter casserole dish and sprinkle with favorite herbs. Place chicken in dish, dark meat first, then white.

5Cover with can of mushroom soup.

6Pour 3/4 cup of sherry wine over all. Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
