- 6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 can condensed chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
Directions

1Mix bread crumbs, walnuts and salt.

2Beat eggs and stir in water.

3Coat chicken with flour; dip in egg mixture and then in bread crumb mix.

4Heat margarine and oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.

5Cook chicken until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes), then place chicken in 13 x 9 x 1-inch baking dish (ungreased).

6Pour broth into dish, then sprinkle chicken with cheese.

7Mix the remaining ingredients together and spoon onto each chicken breast.

8Cook uncovered at 375° for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
