  • 12 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
  • 12 (1/2-inch) squares Monterey Jack cheese, 2 inches long
  • 1 beaten egg
  • garlic salt
  • parsley
  • 2 c. stuffing mix
  • 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 c. white wine

    Pound chicken and roll around cheese sticks.

    Place in baking pan.

    Beat egg, brush each piece of chicken.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley and dressing.

    Combine soups, wine and mushrooms, stir until smooth.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
