Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 c. Chablis wine
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 2 onions
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 3 small zucchini
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Skin boned chicken breasts.

    Cut in 1 inch pieces; put aside. Combine and mix well: oil, soy sauce, sesame seed, lemon juice, ginger, wine, corn syrup and garlic powder.

    Mix with chicken and marinate 2 hours.

    Cut the pineapple, onions, green pepper and zucchini in 1 inch squares.

    Alternate on skewers and grill 6 inches from medium hot coals, turning and basting.
