- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 tsp. ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 2 slices white bread, crumbled
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix together in a large bowl all the ingredients except butter. Make slightly oval shaped balls about 3-inches long. Brush with melted butter. Heat oven to 350°. In a shallow pan sprayed with Pam, cook for about 20 minutes, turning once and loosely covered with foil. Serve hot and garnish with lemon wedges and sliced red onions.
