  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 slices white bread, crumbled
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

    Mix together in a large bowl all the ingredients except butter. Make slightly oval shaped balls about 3-inches long. Brush with melted butter. Heat oven to 350°. In a shallow pan sprayed with Pam, cook for about 20 minutes, turning once and loosely covered with foil. Serve hot and garnish with lemon wedges and sliced red onions.
