- 8 half chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- pepper, salt, chopped chives and garlic
- 1/2 stick butter, cut in 8 strips
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. white wine
Directions

1Place breast halves between Saran Wrap. Beat until thin (about 1/4 inch). Sprinkle each breast with condiments.

2Place one of the butter sticks in each roll-up. Dust with flour. Dip in beaten egg. Roll in breadcrumbs. Place in Pyrex dish. Pour in wine. Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover to brown.
