- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/3 c. cooking sherry
- 1/4 c. orange marmalade
- 1 cube beef bouillon
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add chicken and brown well on both sides.

3Add cooking sherry, marmalade and bouillon.

4Heat to boiling, stirring.

5Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is tender, spooning sauce over chicken occasionally.

6Serves 4.
