  • 2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Cook liver in simmering water for 10 minutes.
