  • 1 carton chicken livers
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • enough cooking oil to cover livers

    Rinse livers and drain.

    Dip livers in egg and milk mixture, then into flour.

    Fry in large skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
